Dear Friends,

I hope your holidays were filled with joy shared with friends and family. Now we must move on to a new year of life and business. The year of 2008 brought great changes world wide. Here we are in 2009! What’s next? My hope is that we can come together and be a positive example for all no matter what the future brings.

 As we move forward with a new president of the United States, a market like no other we have experienced. We are faced with challenges that the best of the best would struggle to overcome. Fear not, for we as a group can tackle any challenge. We bring camaraderie to our organization where we can come together with unity to preserve the public’s confidence in our profession.

We must pull together. Our market is changing rapidly. To stand alone would be like standing in front of a stampeding herd of cattle. There are a number of our associates out there that are falling due to a lack of a support system such as ours. They need us to let them know who we are and that we are here to offer a wealth of knowledge. We are forever learning. Knowledge is so much more if it is guided rather than individually searched. Why not learn from many rather than by ones self.  

I am humbled by my surroundings with this organization. The knowledge, experience, and above all humanity within this chapter of the NAIFA, I can only hope to add to this group of outstanding professionals.
